Masters in Culture, Creativity and Entrepreneurship with Merit, which I studied part time whilst working as a solicitor / in a mixed arts venue. I particularly researched the role of entrepreneurship in culture led regeneration. My dissertation examined the factors influencing the programming of combined arts / community festivals, with the research being conducted through a case study of Saltaire Festival.

Legal Practice Course at OXILP, passed with commendation. This course, an essential step to becoming a solicitor, provided me with a grounding in drafting, negotiation, business law and accounts. I won the prize for Commercial & Intellectual Property Law.

I studied a BA Hons in Law which was converted to an MA in 2004. Subjects I studied included Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Land Law, Equity & Trusts and Contract Law.
Over 3 years I developed my love of film through membership of St. John’s Film Society, learning 35mm projection, programming, booking and marketing of films, and overseeing the society, which screened films to the student public two days a week during term time.

I have 4 A Levels at Grade A, including Maths, Politics and English Literature, S Level English Literature, and 12 GCSEs at A* or A, including Photography, Art and Design & Technology with Drama, all awarded between 1995 and 1997, from St Aidan’s CE High School in Harrogate and Harrogate College.
